When I joined Willis in January 2013, I knew that I was joining a great company. Our aggressive growth strategy requires careful management of quality graduate talent. The Willis Graduate Development Program will give fresh graduates hands-on experience in different areas of our business: Human Capital, Retail, Reinsurance and Specialties. Over a period of 24 months, you will be provided with a firm grounding in how our business works, as well as participate in professional and skills training. Upon successful completion of the program, you will be placed into full-time positions that focus on continued career development to promote leadership potential.
